SHIPPING POLICY
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore by courier. We usually dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays),

Shipping rates may differ based on products, size, volume and other factors. The shipping charges are provided at the time of check out and consumers will be made aware of charges before making payments.

Deliveries:
  • Will be made between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details and the courier company that is processing your order.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please provide an alternative such as family member, staff, neighbor etc. Fedevi Ventures LLP takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • Any claims for shortages and damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Fedevi Ventures LLP is not responsible for damage after delivery.
 
Cash on Delivery Orders:

We are now accepting cash on delivery.

 
CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on service@lrwonderindia.com, within 48 hours of placing the order, except in cases where your order has already been processed by us. If your order is processed, you may not be able to cancel the order. Cancellation of your order is subject to confirmation from us.

In case of cancellation within the indicated timeline, you will be refunded the entire amount via the same payment instrument. It can take between 5-21 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

 
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
In order to safeguard the health and hygiene of our customers in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, at this time we are unable to accept product exchanges and execute refunds. Please send us an email on for any further clarifications.
 
Exceptions will be made only in cases where the customer has received goods in a damaged condition. In such cases, we request that you contact us by email on support@lrwonderindia.com, providing details and images of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. Our team shall revert to you within 72 hours following review. Should the case be accepted, we will initiate the exchange/refund.
